During my career development, I kept hearing the same question: “Can you develop something that truly works?”
So I began to experiment. Remarkably often, the feedback has been: “There’s something different about this.”
The difference? A willingness and ability to work with what has become frozen. Both authentically and consciously.
In a world that is increasingly hardening, the frozen places within us and within our teams continue to grow.
