In 2019, I was commissioned to help build the Glas(s)Campus in Torgau.
Alongside technological topics, I kept hearing the same question: “Can you develop something that truly works?”
Often, significant investment had already been made in leadership culture. Yet the expected impact failed to materialize.
So I began to experiment. Remarkably often, the feedback has been: “There’s something different about this.”
The difference? A willingness and ability to work with what has become frozen. Both authentically and consciously.
In a world that is increasingly hardening, the frozen places within us and within our teams continue to grow.
And yet, this is where the opportunity lies.
In short: The opportunity lies beneath what has frozen.
Those who move there move forward.
