I hold a degree in Business Administration and work as a transformative mediator.
I am also Co-Lead of the Transformative Mediation Working Group at the German Federal Association for Mediation.
As a process facilitator and group coach, I support organizations in change processes and team development.
I am the owner of AttentAbility LLC and founder of silenttutor™, which brings the transformative approach into professional learning.
For 20 years, I have worked intensively with transformative methods, grounded in my long-standing practice of Vipassana meditation.
This continuous engagement has given me a deep understanding of the underlying dynamics and the lasting effects of transformative processes.
I bring this understanding into my work with businesses, where I facilitate what I call the Conflict of Change that arises in VUCA environments.
In response, I create new frames of reference that help teams and organizations remain clear, adaptable, and effective under pressure.
My experience is also shaped by many years of work in hospice care.
This is one of the distinctive aspects of my approach: helping others work with grief – and the resilience that comes with it – in times marked by profound uncertainty and loss.
One piece of feedback I hear frequently is: “There is something different here.”
I am currently preparing a book on this. A short German edition has already been published separately, while I am now working on completing the full book. The English version will follow.
